Annual full-body skin exams, dermoscopy, biopsy, and non-surgical treatment of basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas. Melanoma diagnosis is handled in-office; for treatment we refer to the top cancer centers in New York City.

- 02Full-body exam. Head-to-toe systematic examination including scalp, ears, between fingers and toes, and intertriginous areas — anywhere that has skin. You wear a gown; we examine in sections for privacy.
- 03Dermoscopy. Suspicious lesions are examined with a dermatoscope (polarized magnification) for features that distinguish benign from concerning.
- 04Photography. Atypical lesions we want to monitor are photographed and documented in your chart with a body map.
- 05Biopsy or plan. If anything warrants biopsy, we either do it the same visit or schedule it — your choice. Most patients leave with nothing more than a recommendation to come back in a year.
