What this looks like in practice

We treat the diagnosis, not the symptom.

Plenty of clinics will hand you a tube of cream and send you on your way. We spend the time to understand what's actually going on — your history, your triggers, your previous treatments — and design a plan that gets to the root, not just the rash.

  • Pediatric through geriatric
  • In-network with most major plans
  • Biologics and advanced therapies
  • XTRAC excimer laser on-site
  • Surgical referrals only when needed
Conditions we treat

A practice deep enough to handle just about anything.

    How it's done
    1. 01
History. We review your sun exposure history, personal and family history of skin cancer, and any specific spots you're concerned about.
    2. 02
Full-body exam. Head-to-toe systematic examination including scalp, ears, between fingers and toes, and intertriginous areas — anywhere that has skin. You wear a gown; we examine in sections for privacy.
    3. 03
Dermoscopy. Suspicious lesions are examined with a dermatoscope (polarized magnification) for features that distinguish benign from concerning.
    4. 04
Photography. Atypical lesions we want to monitor are photographed and documented in your chart with a body map.
    5. 05
Biopsy or plan. If anything warrants biopsy, we either do it the same visit or schedule it — your choice. Most patients leave with nothing more than a recommendation to come back in a year.
