How verification works

No surprises at check-in.

  1. 01

We verify ahead of your visit

After you book, our team contacts your insurance carrier to confirm coverage, copay, and any prior authorization needed for procedures.

  2. 02

    Know your plan's details

Please be aware of your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible, as well as whether prior authorization is needed — this is the patient's responsibility.

  3. 03

    Bring your card and ID

On your first visit, bring your insurance card and a photo ID. We make a copy of both at check-in.

  4. 04

    Questions about your bill?

Call us. Our billing team is happy to walk through your EOB line by line. We've found that 95% of billing confusion comes from how insurance carriers report things, not from anything we charged.

Have your card ready?

Book your visit. Coverage verified before you arrive.

Or call us — we'll walk you through whether your plan covers what you're coming in for.
