4. SMS / Text Message Program

When you check the SMS consent box on our contact form or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Bay Ridge Dermatology at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, replies to your inquiries, account updates, and occasional promotional offers.

SMS data is never sharedMobile numbers will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party other than the service providers (such as Twilio) needed to send the messages.

5. Your Choices

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text to opt out of the SMS program. You can re-subscribe later using the same opt-in methods.
  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at bayridgedermatology@yahoo.com.
