Dr. Evangeline Perez

Dr. Evangeline Perez is a board-certified dermatologist and the founder of Bay Ridge Dermatology. She leads a practice that combines comprehensive medical care with cosmetic expertise — all under one roof in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

A native New Yorker, Dr. Perez graduated in the top one percent of her class from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was also inducted into Psi Sigma Alpha, the osteopathic medical honor society. She completed her surgical residency at Staten Island University Hospital, a dermatology research fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and her dermatology residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital. She has also served as a clinical instructor and professor at Brooklyn-area teaching institutions.

Her philosophy is straightforward: take the time to understand each patient's life, history, and goals, then design a plan that gets to the root of what's going on — not just the symptom. Patients describe her approach as warm, candid, and unhurried.
